1. Post classifieds

Approved participants can earn a reward point for each qualified** classified posting.

** To qualify for a Reward point, each new classified posting MUST:

• Meet and conform with all Tack-it Terms & Conditions,
• NOT be deleted/removed due to being 'flagged',
• NOT be or suspected of being a scam, spam or fraudulent in nature,
• NOT be a duplicate posting (does not include other sites),
• Be posted on Tack-it for a minimum of 10 days,
• Have a MINIMUM value of $5 (exception; pets to be adopted),
• Be in your possession and legally yours to sell,
• Be properly placed in any of the following categories;
  • Automotive
  • Recreational
  • Water Bound
  • Real Estate 'For Sale'
  • Real Estate 'Rent/Lease'
  • Home Decor & More
  • Garden Center
  • Down on the Farm
  • Pet Corner
  • Kid's Place

2. Earn Reward points

Earn one (1) Reward point for each qualified classified posting**. Remember that posting classifieds on Tack-it is always free. The "Ad Manager" section of your account will indicate which postings qualify for Reward Points and their current status. A classified posting that meets all conditions** is initially designated by this coin, indicating "Point Pending". Once your posting has met the minimum number of posting days, the coin will change to . If this coin appears, it indicates the point has been rejected. A rejected point is likely a result of the posting being deleted prior to the minimum number of days, the posting being flagged or the posting not meeting the Term & Conditions of the Rewards Program or Tack-it Terms & Conditions. If you create a posting and no coin appears, then your posting does not meet the guidelines** noted above. All Reward points subject to final review and approval of Tack-it. All decisions final. Your total pending and earned points may be viewed any time by clicking the "Rewards" tab located in the top account menu bar. As points and rewards become available, they will appear under the "Rewards" tab. If the "Rewards" tab does not appear (left of the "Logout" button), then you are not currently an approved participant of the Rewards Program.

2a. Bonus points

Earn Bonus Reward points for each of the following qualified activities.

• Earn 800 Reward points for each new Regional Sponsor paid advertising referral. To qualify, new Sponsor must purchase a minimum of one "Regional" advertising spot. New sponsor subject to Tack-it Terms & Conditions and Sponsor Account Guidelines. Sponsor purchases made using a coupon code do not qualify. Only one bonus per each new qualified Sponsor. Bonus points will be awarded 30 days after Sponsor purchased advertising. Subject to verification. REMINDER: Sponsor MUST note your first and last name plus your email (the one used to create your Tack-it account) during the Sponsor registration process in order for you to be eligible for bonus points.

• Earn 100 Reward points for each new Local Sponsor paid advertising referral. To qualify, new Sponsor must purchase a minimum of one "Local" advertising spot. New sponsor subject to Tack-it Terms & Conditions and Sponsor Account Guidelines. Sponsor purchases made using a coupon code do not qualify. Only one bonus per each new qualified Sponsor. Bonus points will be awarded 30 days after Sponsor purchased advertising. Subject to verification. REMINDER: Sponsor MUST note your first and last name plus your email (the one used to create your Tack-it account) during the Sponsor registration process in order for you to be eligible for bonus points.

• Earn 5 Reward points for each new Tack-it classified user referral. To qualify, a new account/user must be registered as personal account and create one (1) qualified** classified posting within 5 days of registration. Referrals are not required to participate in this Rewards Program. Referral must note your first and last name plus your email (the one used to create your Tack-it account) during the registration process in order for you to be eligible for bonus points. Referrals within same household do not qualify. New user accounts, referrals and postings subject to verification and the Terms & Conditions.

• Earn 5 Additional Reward points when a referred new user creates 3 or more qualified** classified postings within 5 days of registration. All postings subject to verification.

• Earn 5 Reward points for each new community posting board location you submit to our Post & Print Interactive Map. Community board must be within your community (30 mile radius of your location) and location must provide a free community posting board. Limit one entry per business location. New posting board locations subject to verification. Be sure to type your first and last name plus your email (the one used to create your Tack-it account) in the "Public Notes" section or we will have no way to track your addition or reward your bonus points. Your name and email will NOT show up in the listing.

• Earn 5 Reward points when you "Like" our Facebook page. (Limit one per user)

3. Redeem points

Save points and redeem them for prepaid VISA cards.

Participants of the Rewards Program will have the option to redeem earned points based on; 100 pts = $25, or 160 pts = $40, or 240 pts. = $60, or 320 = $80, or 400 pts. = $100, with Rewards being issued in the form of a prepaid VISA gift card.

Reward points do not expire. Points are not transferable (with exception to the notation below regarding non-profit organizations). Points may only be redeemed at the sums noted above. Points will be subtracted accordingly from your point balance as they are redeemed. If at any time Tack-it ends the Rewards Program, point balances will be awarded, pending verification.

Following final validation of points being redeemed a prepaid VISA gift card(s) will be processed then mailed via USPS to the participant's mailing address of record (as indicated by their registered user account).

Reward Restrictions, Terms & Conditions

Individuals wishing to participate in the Rewards Program must Register a Tack-it Classified Account (free) and submit a participation request for consideration. Be sure when registering your Tack-it account to use your physical mailing address as this is the address that any reward will be mailed. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and reside within the United States. Tack-it will at no time ask any user or participant for information that is defined as 'Personally Identifiable', including bank account numbers, social security number, or date of birth.

Non-profit organizations such as animal shelters, churches, and others may request participation in this Rewards Program. Participation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

User accounts representing a 'for profit' business do NOT qualify for the Rewards Program.

Tack-it reserves the right to decline any request to participate in the Rewards Program at any time for any reason. Tack-it reserves the right to limit the number of Rewards Program participants within any region, town, city, county, state, or area. Tack-it makes no warranty to participants of this Rewards Program. Tack-it reserves the right to cancel this Rewards Program at any time. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Tack-it and considered final.

Participants are reminded that failure to fulfill any portion of these Rewards Program Terms & Conditions, comply with Tack-it Terms & Conditions or any other guidelines as set forth by Tack-it, will result in the cancellation of user participation in the Rewards Program and forfeiture of all points and/or reward. Tack-it reserves the right to update and/or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants are bound to any changes. Participants may request to be removed from this Rewards Program at any time.

Redeemed reward points are not refundable, replaceable or transferable (exception participating charitable donations) for cash, credit or other rewards under any circumstances. Lost, stolen or mutilated gift cards/gift certificates or checks will not be replaced. Redeemed rewards earned in this program may not be resold or exchanged for the other goods or services except as stated. Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent. Purchases in excess of the amount of the gift card are at the reward holder's expense. Use of any gift card, including gift cards with "VISA" or "Mastercard" on the front, is subject to any additional restrictions listed on the gift card. It is the reward holder's responsibility to review the terms and conditions of a VISA/Mastercard gift card.

4. Support a Local Charitable Organization

Participants may request that earned Reward points be transferred or donated to their favorite local charitable organization. To request a transfer of earned Reward points please contact Tack-it using the general contact form below. Please clearly indicate your request and include the; 1) Charitable Org. Name, 2) Mailing Address, 3) Contact Name, 4) Contact Number and 5) the number of points to be transferred, in order to properly process any such request. Reward points can only be transferred to a charitable organization that is a current participant of the Reward Program. You must have a minimum of 25 earned points prior to requesting any transfer. A confirmation email will require your response prior to final transfer. Feel free to encourage your favorite local charitable organization to submit a participation request.
